Stillness Speaks

Description

“Stillness Speaks” I took an in-depth online painting class to better understand composition and intent. This is the painting, of a mountain lion in a old tree, that I worked on throughout the class. In the class I discovered the “why” questions of being an artist. Why I paint, why wild animals, why simplicity, why oil etc. Most of this is found in in my bio. but in a nutshell; Creating art fulfills “who I am” at a deeper level and awakens vital life force energy within.
