Bridge over Troubled Water

Description

“Bridge over Troubled Water” Im drawn to the colorful African animals but live in America so I thought Id better fall in love with my own native wildlife and create beautiful paintings of them. This composition made me excited to paint a moose. Initially I was drawn to the simplicity of a reference photo but substantial increased the size of his velvet antlers in my final drawing. I found out that stretching its neck out and lowering its ears is the initial sign showing dominance. I suspect there is something just outside of my canvas edge.
